This role is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of projects by overseeing various phases of the project. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork that are assigned. Manage a team of technicians at the job site.
Site Assessment:
Lead site assessments, determining the feasibility and scope of smart home system installations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
Planning:
Develop and maintain daily schedules, coordinating with the Superintendent and Project Admin to meet project deadlines, while ensuring all safety measures are in place.
Resource Allocation:
Ensure all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are ready, taking the lead on procurement and resource management, and enforcing safety standards.
Wiring:
Oversee the wiring installation process, ensuring accuracy, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with company standards.
Device Installation:
Lead the installation of devices, ensuring proper execution, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and project specifications.
Inspections and Quality:
Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to maintain quality and safety standards.
Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for coordination with other trades, ensuring smooth workflow, communication, and adherence to safety protocols.
Troubleshooting:
Resolve complex issues that arise during installation, using expertise to prevent delays and ensure safety and optimal system performance.
Documentation:
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time, taking responsibility for the overall quality and accuracy of time tracking for payroll and project management.
Tactical:
Take charge of tactical tasks that are complex or high-profile, ensuring they are executed with precision and safety.

Provide leadership and mentorship to Tech I and II employees, fostering professional growth, emphasizing the importance of safety, and tracking time accurately for projects and payroll.
5 years field installation experience
Experience leading a field crew
