Brief description of Role:
Havenview Residential is seeking a property manager to join our rapidly expanding
residential management team. In this role, you will be responsible for
overseeing apartment units and leading a team of assistant property
managers and maintenance staff. We are seeking candidates with experience in
residential property management, strong multitasking abilities, and a track
record of delivering excellent customer service. This position presents a

Key Accountabilities for this Role:
Initially, this position will encompass all aspects of residential property management and leasing:
- Develop and execute marketing programs.
- Ensure occupancy rates meet targets.
- Screen potential tenants using our online screening system.
- Manage day-to-day property operations.
- Collect and document rental deposits and monthly payments.
- Aid residents during move-in and move-out processes, including conducting apartment tours, noting any concerns, and explaining community-specific information.
- Engage in ongoing resident interactions, including handling incoming calls and addressing resident inquiries. Assist with resident issues as directed by management.
- Handle incoming calls related to maintenance and leasing.
- Maintain and organize rental and lease paperwork.
- Support the Director of Residential with administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of Residential Property Management experience, required.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Team player.
- Able and willing to work early evening and weekend shifts as needed.
- The ability to do multiple tasks at one time.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with Leasing
- Experience with Appfolio
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
