Havenwood Academy is seeking a gritty Team Lead to join our organization. As a Team Lead, you will supervise a group of 3-7 staff members to support adolescent girls with significant trauma backgrounds, ensuring their safety, stability, and well-being. A Day in the Life
A typical day as a Team Lead includes:
- Leading daily activities and supervising student interactions.
- Maintaining the schedule, boundaries, and therapeutic protocols as prescribed by the treatment team.
- Coaching staff members to ensure consistency in care and interventions.
- Responding to crises with de-escalation techniques and intervention strategies.
- Teaching guests positive coping mechanisms and reinforcing program expectations.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and incidents.
- Upholding all safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Supervising and participating in the cleaning and maintenance of your assigned home.

- Maintain a comfortable, visually appealing, and clean environment in your assigned home.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum age of 20.
- Ability to pass a background check & TB test.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Experience in similar environments that share the characteristics of: volatility, uncertainty, chaos, and ambiguity is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Rate: $19.00 per hour.
- Performance-Based Raises: $0.20 - $0.30 per hour every six months based on 360 performance reviews.
- On-Call Bonus: $100 per week for participation in the Emergency Response Team (ERT).
