Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist at Havenwood Academy. The Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to young women, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques to address complex trauma and attachment issues. The role will involve developing specialized treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in treating early complex trauma and attachment-related issues
- Strong therapeutic skills, including individual and group therapy techniques
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Licensure as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Utah
- Experience working with adolescent population is a plus
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
