At Havenwood Heritage Heights, we take pride in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure our grounds are well-kept and visually appealing. We are looking for a year-round Groundskeeper Supervisor to work alongside and lead our team and maintain the high standards we strive for. Your leadership and hands-on expertise will ensure our facilities look their best year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside and lead a team in maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Assign and oversee daily tasks and ensure they are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain and repair equipment and tools as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for landscaping, trees, and other outdoor features.
- Train, mentor, and provide support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental guidelines.
- Handle inventory and order supplies for groundskeeping operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of turf care, plants, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance equipment.
- NH Pesticide License
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
