This opportunity is for an experienced RN who has excellent assessment skills, leadership ability and the talent to effectively communicate with compassion to residents, families and staff. Join our management team and work collaboratively with other nurse leaders and departments. In addition to supervising the clinical operations of the nursing facility, the Supervisor also triages emergency response system calls from our independent retirement community residents, and with our First Responders to assure the needs of the residents are met.
