Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Leasing Agent to join our team! This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in leasing and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Relations:
- Conduct property tours and assist prospective residents in selecting apartments.
- Respond to leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Screen applicants, process lease applications, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections.
- Assist in turnover coordination to ensure units are market-ready.
- Gather and analyze market leasing data.
- Address resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain and organize filing systems for leases and other documents.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and ownership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and leasing software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required (our properties are close together but spread across West Philadelphia).
