- Lead, manage, and hold your team accountable
- Own all aspects of the property’s condition, from the interiors; units and common areas to the exterior;
- buildings and grounds
- Make sure that work orders and turns are being completed in a timely and economically wise manner
- Communicate well with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Effectively manage inventory and equipment
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Conversion
- Customer Fulfillment (The part where our maintenance teams excel!)
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be
accountable for hitting the following critical goals:
- Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater
- Complete 75% or more of all work orders within 48 hours
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less (non-mass turn) and 17 days or less (mass turn)
