We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, passionate and knowledgeable on Adobe products that is excited about joining a Marketing Operations team. This role will be an integral part of the team by executing and managing our technology-based projects and processes for digital campaigns.
This individual will be expected to be well-versed in tools and technology enablement for the cross-functional team and assist with uncovering solutions hidden in ambiguity to increase efficiency and effectiveness for seamless delivery of services for our client.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATIONExecute and manage the implementation of our tools and technology including Adobe products by conducting in-depth trainings and working sessionsDevelop onboarding documentation and resources that are complimentary to the training programs for the cross-functional teamsSupport the implementation and execution of technology to improve / enhance the delivery of products and services for our clientsResearch and identify specific Adobe workshops, seminars, or certifications that will assist with the teams day-to-day execution and operationsAssist with the enablement of operations at scale and supporting automation initiativesSupport cross-functional implementation of tools and technology by actively collaborating and participating in operational workstreams and processesIn partnership with the department lead, develop solutions to drive smarter data driven, useful insights on how to optimize the businessProvide a fresh and unique perspective on existing processes while also developing new ways of working within the Marketing Operations teamContribute to the evolution of our people, processes, tools, and technologyFacilitate clear communication channels across internal departments, as well as externally with the clients, working closely with the Account management teamSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, business, or a related field is preferredAt least 3 years of experience working on Adobe products and platformsExperience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer requiredDemonstrated hands-on experience within the digital space, including web-based content management systemsFamiliarity with project / task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, CMS, is a plusExperience with building out Adobe products use cases, processes, and workflows in-house and externally on the client sideAbility to build relationships within an organization to drive results is requiredProven ability to effectively articulate and communicate information and insights is requiredAbility to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize tasks and projects, and execute on deliverablesUnderstanding of yield management and triaging roadblocks with problem solving skills to meet performance demandsCommitment to delivering exceptional serviceDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage & prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to escalate scope increase when necessaryStarting salary between $65,000-$75,000
