SALARY - $41,600 YEARLY. PAID EVERY FRIDAY.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers.
Duties
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to conduct inspections and repairs.
- Assist in aligning wheels and performing basic automotive repairs as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records for each vehicle serviced.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive service or repair is preferred, particularly in a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in automotive maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and techniques related to automotive repair.
