Our growing public charter school is looking for a Grade 9-12 Counselor or College & Career Counselor for the 2025-26 school year.

We seek passionate, empathetic, energetic individuals who love learning, collaborating and thinking creatively to support students and colleagues. The School Counselor works as part of the school counseling team, collaborating with the island-specific advisors, directors, special education department and district-level School-Based Behavioral Health team.
This is a 12-month HSTA position. Salary is commensurate with experience according to the HSTA salary schedule. HTA is also interested in licensed Social Workers or trained trauma-informed professionals.
