POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinic Coordinator will be a direct service position with clients, while managing the admin side of the clinic and clinic responsibilities.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain 25 billable hours per week (or 100 billable hours per month) caseload including programming, authorizations, and parent training
- 15 admin non-billable hours including a minimum of 5 hours of Clinical Coordinator duties
- Assist Clinic Director/HR with recruitment of staff and clients
- Assist Clinic Director/HR with expansion of clinic and client needs
- Assist Program Coordinators in weekly clinic schedules for both BCBAs and RBTs
- Schedule clinic cleaners and ensure the clinic is meeting safety and cleanliness standards
- Designate appropriate space for clients' sessions to obtain quality care
- Adhere to/enforce compliance with clinic policies
- Adhere to/enforce compliance with health policy for clients, clients' families, supervisors, and RBTs
- Implement recertification assessment for RBTs and RBT3s
- Implement new trainee certification assessments for new hires
- Adhere to and ensure compliance HBH policies & procedures for ABA providers and families
- Ensure emergency protocols are in place and all emergency equipment meets standards
- Manage and budget clinic inventory, cleaning items, and resources via HBH or donations from families
- Attend events/meetings in support of development and maintenance of clinical standards
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule group training for HBH staff and/or families once a month.
- Monitor and enforce effective utilization of ABA services
- Create and maintain patient and therapist scheduling
- Facilitate communication with other ABA staff to ensure quality services and retention
- Conducting initial patient intake
- Assisting in RBT hiring and onboarding processes
- Manage company email and phone lines
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and supplies
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families and staff
- Facilitate and host clinic tours
- Assist in maintaining positive company culture
- Oversee tracking of utilization data and basic KPI metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with community
- Other duties may be reasonably assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in RBT certifications
- Ability and willingness to collaborate in a team dynamic
- Ability to lift or pull up to 50 lbs.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Specific physical exertion, such as lifting, standing, bending, or reacting is required.
- Ability to perform Safety Care Techniques and holds for demonstration purposes, if applicable.
