What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary ABA Program Scheduling Assistant position at Hawaii Behavioral Health?
Job Summary: Ensuring clients receive their necessary treatment hours by providing support to the ABA program by scheduling sessions across home, clinic and school cases.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Input schedules into CR based on client and provider availability
- Communicate with client families and providers via email and phone
- Monitor for call outs and time off requests and secure subs
- Schedule group sessions for clients
- Coordinate RBTs and BCBAs to ensure fulfillment of authorized services
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in CR
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize and meet strict timelines
- Must be detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
Education and Experience:
- Experience with scheduling and delivery of ABA services
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30am-10:30am
Part-Time, 20 hours per week
