Position Overview:
We are seeking highly trained and professional Bodyguards to join our elite security team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in executive protection, military, law enforcement, or private security. This role requires discretion, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide close protection for clients, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats.
- Escort clients to and from locations.
- Maintain a strong physical presence and deterrence against security risks.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents.
- Work in coordination with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or high-risk security.
- Must possess a Hawaii Guard Card.
- Defensive tactics and hand-to-hand combat training preferred.
- Excellent situational awareness and threat assessment skills.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to handle demanding environments.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Discreet and professional demeanor—must be able to blend in when necessary.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Firearms training and active concealed carry permit for Hawaii.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience working with VIPs, celebrities, or high-net-worth individuals.
- Background in defensive driving or evasive driving tactics.
