Security Guard/Rover

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard (Rover) to join our team. This role requires patrolling multiple client locations, ensuring the safety of properties, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, good communication, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned locations
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Respond to incidents and complete detailed reports
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site rules and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and law enforcement if needed
• Remain alert and professional at all times

Requirements:

• Valid Hawaii Guard Card
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to different sites
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior security or military experience preferred but not required
• Must pass a background check
