Job Description
You will be the friendly voice and face patients come to know and look forward to when it's time for their dental appointment.
Reviewing treatment plans and estimated copays and scheduling their next visit, navigating insurances to provide accurate estimates, and calling patients to remind them of their unscheduled treatment.
You will work closely with our team to ensure patients receive the best possible care and attention.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience working in a dental office;
- Presentation and financial estimation skills;
- Copay verification and pre-authorization submission;
- Payment plan arrangement preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn and grow.
