The Sanitation Worker will be responsible for performing a wide variety of duties to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment in a full-time position.
No experience necessary, willing to train!
Full-Time 6:30AM start time daily. Weekends required. Available to work holidays.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: scrubbers, high-speed buffers, vacuums, brooms, mops, squeegees, dustpans, mop buckets, etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks as needed on company property.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, verifying several aspects of warehouse operations.
- Perform cleaning duties to interior and exterior of the building, warehouse and shipping area.
- Perform cleaning activities on floors, walls, racks, ceilings, guardrails and fixtures.
- Perform facility rodent trap inspection.
- Perform minor fixes and repair on facility fixtures.
- Install or break up equipment.
- Report to a facility manager for issues.
- Maintain a list of designated on-hand supplies and forward to the Safety Manager.
- Receive in-house training on food safety principles.
- Must follow specific instructions and procedures for occupational and food safety.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
