Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Attending Intensivists to manage critically ill patients.
- Invasive Line placement and management
- Ventilator Initiation and management
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
Education Requirements:
- APRN with experience
- PA with experience
