Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, strategize and oversee the development and growth of the Behavioral Health Center
• Clinical oversight of the Behavioral Health Center
• Work closely with the clinic administration and other key stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of patient care
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluation
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric/behavioral health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based upon evidence-based practices, patient needs, preference and medical history.
• Prescribe and manage medications, closely monitoring efficacy and side effects.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.

Education Requirements:

• MD or DO
• BC/BE in specialty
• Child and Adolescent experience

Salary : $345,000
