What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Supervisor position at Hawaii National Bank?
This position is responsible for all phases of branch operations including the supervision of all branch operations team and designated clerical personnel. This position also greets and acknowledges customers, handles inquires and provides an advanced level of customer service which includes cross-selling products and services in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. Calls on prospective and existing customers account development and retention.
High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 3-5 years of previous bank operations experience and previous supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
