What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transaction Management Processor position at Hawaii National Bank?
This position provides a consistent and high degree of customer service support to internal and external customers. The Transaction Management Specialist is responsible for processing proof of deposit work through the item processing system, processing and balancing all branch items and all transit items.
High school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience, previous banking experience preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, strong PC skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel) and internet application, strong team player, strong organizational skills and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
