Job Summary
Our Fuel Truck Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of oil and petroleum products to and from facilities for the purpose of wholesale and storage.

General requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a current valid Driver’s license with CDL-ATX endorsement a long with a clean drivers abstract at time of hire.
- Must have a current PUC Physical card
- Must be able to meet all Hawaii DOT requirements to obtain/maintain a CDL license
- Prior Commercial Driving and Fuel handling experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Must be able to read, write and understand basic instructions
- Must be able to independently operate Microsoft Outlook email system
- Must have knowledge of how to utilize a smartphone for work purposes
Essential Functions
- Deliver liquid Petroleum products to customer facilities completing required record keeping documentation and paperwork.
- Handle regular customer interactions and aid in the resolution of these problems wherever possible whilst partnering with leadership.
- Operate a Tanker Truck with PTO driven pumps and ensure the safe pulling of trailers containing any product in the companies operations..
- Works closely with Operation’s Manager/Supervisor and Sales to maintain and improve route efficiency and customer relationships.
- Follow local procedure on ensuring the upkeep of environmental compliance at every point throughout working hours.
- Safely operate trucks that require a CDL, in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements as well as local, state and other federal requirements.
- Must be open to a flexible work schedule including morning and afternoon delivery route times.
- Attend and keep up to date on all company related training, compliance and document requirements.
- Complies with all Company’s Rules of Conduct, policies and procedures.
- Compliance with all Federal, State, Local and Company safety, health and environmental regulations.
- Maintain an acceptable level of attendance, punctuality and work performance as set forth by Supervisor/Managers.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
