HawaiiUSA FCU is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will lead the identification, analysis, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance business operations. This role involves understanding complex business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with Audit Examinations with internal and external auditors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the gathering and documentation of business requirements.
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement advanced solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing to ensure requirements have been met.
- Provide business unit test environments and support.
- Create and present detailed reports to technical and non-technical team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Credit Union Core Application
- Comprehensive knowledge of Core 3rd Party Integrated Applications
- Comprehensive knowledge of NCUA / FFIEC Regulatory Requirements
- Support and train junior staff members and colleagues

The expected pay range for the Senior Technical Business Analyst is $90,000 - $110,000 / year.
