Position Overview:

Ready for an exciting job where you can work with people and enjoy the beautiful Hawaii scenery? Look no further than Hawaii Zipline Tours! We're currently hiring for the Front Desk Agent role. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, creating reservations, answering phones and guest questions, selling retail items and zipline tours and hiking tours. Must be available during our busy summer season June, July and August.

POSITION:

Front Desk Agent

Job Duties include but are not limited to

• Be the friendly face that greets and checks in our guests with an Aloha spirit
• Help guests enjoy Hawaii with an outdoor adventure
• All Training provided; no experience necessary
• Answers phone and creates new reservations
• Have a knowledge of tours provided and answer guest questions
• Work as a team to ensure all tours have an on-time departure
• Ensure retail store and restrooms are kept clean and stocked
• Communicate daily important guest information to management and guides
• $16 an hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hawaii Zipline Tours is a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace
• Reliable; able to be present for scheduled shifts or available for coverage when needed
• A good attitude: have the ability to interact appropriately with a range of different people
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Reliable transportation to work
• Be able to work as a team
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must keep a clean and organized work area
• All candidates must currently be located in Hawaii
• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week/ 2-3 days per week
• Must be available during our busy summer season June, July and August
• All applicants must currently live in Hawaii

Job Type: Part-time daytime shifts

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week/ 2-3 days per week

Mon/Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs/Fri schedule

9am-5pm or 8am-6pm during Summer
