Position Summary
Serve as lead point of contact for all credit card acquisition and cardmember engagement marketing responsibilities, working across the partnership teams, the bank, and with internal stakeholders, including commercial, operations and IT teams. Responsible for driving the annual marketing plan development process and developing strategic marketing campaigns that stimulate program growth, while ensuring that all program promotions and initiatives are executed on time as designed.
This position has an estimated duration of 6 months. Note that no relocation assistance is available for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead point of contact for all credit card acquisition and cardmember engagement marketing responsibilities, working across partnership teams, the bank, and with internal stakeholders, including commercial, operations, and IT teams.
- Responsible for driving the annual marketing plan development process and developing strategic marketing campaigns that stimulate program growth, while ensuring that all program promotions and initiatives are executed on time as designed.
- Responsible for annual Out of Home and Media strategy including TV and radio plan, launching TV commercials and airport advertising.
- Manage acquisition and engagement reports, including management of the month end marketing performance reports and presentations to be shared with bank and internal management, and managing maintenance of program KPI reports associated with acquisition and engagement activities (e.g. new accounts report by program, by channel; funnel report; offer grid; spend behavior).
- Work with credit card business analyst to develop business cases supporting new marketing ideas that drive future program growth and present to leadership for alignment and approvals.
- Lead channel specific IT projects serving as key liaison between bank partner and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are properly managed from a development and timing perspective and managing troubleshooting and escalations as needed.
- Support key program initiatives, such as managing marketing responsibilities associated with new product launches and/or product changes.
- Manage local sponsorships associated with HA co-brand business; includes reviewing sponsorship opportunities, assessing value of opportunities, and presenting decisions to program management team and leadership for final approval. Upon approval, complete negotiation with organization(s).
- In collaboration with the merchant program team, create and oversee execution of cardmember events catering to HA co-brand cardmembers.
- Lead a team of high performing individuals to deliver marketing plans, on time and as designed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
- 4 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, business development, and/or product management
- 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience
- Ability to manage multiple products or initiatives and prioritize against department/division objectives
- Ability to lead/deliver projects on time, on budget, and with minimal support/direction
- Ability to manage multiple products/vendors across all aspects of their life cycles (concept, business case, implementation, optimization, etc.)
- Ability to define strategic/marketing plans and work across the organization to build support and efficiently execute those plans
- Ability to analyze performance and results of products (e.g., variances, forecasts, drivers) and develop logical, data-driven business cases for new business opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively and positively with business partners, customers, vendors, and other departments; persuasive and confident in public speaking, presenting to executives, and leading meetings; able to develop concise management presentations
- Ability to structure analysis/presentations with limited direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet applications
