What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian part-time (Kalihi - Oahu) CC position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We have a part-time Janitorial opening in Kalihi at Warehouse. The position requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k. Must have open availability.
Duties:
- clean common areas/restroom/offices, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and wipe down areas.
- dispose and pick-up trash
- restock restroom supplies
Schedule:
- Saturday 6am - 2:30pm & Sunday: 5pm to 1:30am or Saturday 6am - 2:30pm & Sunday: 5am to 1:30pm (16 hours a week)
Compensation:
- $18/per hour
