This role will begin with leading the implementation and ongoing management of a comprehensive HR software system to streamline processes, enhance data analytics, and improve the overall HR experience for employees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions for a large, multi-site organization.
- Strong experience in the use of HR software systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.), including prior hands-on experience leading or contributing to HR system deployments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Schedule:
Must be flexible to support a 24/7 operation
Compensation:
$80-$110k
