What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of HVAC Operations position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We are looking for a full-time Director of HVAC Operations to develop and ensure that all administrative, compliance, human resources and safety issues are operational throughout the HVAC division in a systematic matter, consistent with budgeted costs.
Must have excellent organizational ability, financial aptitude, good public relations skills, good oral and written communication ability.
Good computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
Must be EPA certified / universal and able to read blueprints.
Must maintain valid C-52, RME licenses and have a valid driver's license.
Schedule : Monday to Friday and on-call after hours, weekends and holidays.
Compensation : $140k - $160k
