What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner part-time (Downtown Oahu) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We are looking to hire a part-time Janitorial position in Downtown Oahu at financial institution. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor, will be constantly standing and walking, clean common areas, trash removal and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 20lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. Must pass background check and have a good credit score.
Job Duties:
Work Location: In person
Clean common areas-restroom, remove trash to designated area, sweep, mop, dust and vacuum.
Special Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Working independently and following orders
Schedule:
- Sunday-Thursday 5pm-9pm (19.5 hours a week)
Compensation:
- $14.00/per hour
