What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial full-time (Kakaako - Oahu) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
HBM Hawaii is looking to hire for a full-time Janitorial position located in Kakaako. Each role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Janitorial/Custodian experience helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull at least 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
Duties include:
- clean and wipe down common areas
- clean bbq grill
- sweep
- mop
- dust
- vacuum
- scrub floors
- trash disposal
- shampoo cleaning
- push trash bin with another employee
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7am to 3:30pm
- Tuesday and Thursday: 9am to 5:30pm
Compensation: $17/per hour
