What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial full-time (Poipu - Kauai) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We are looking to hire a full-time Janitorial position on Kauai at a retail center. This roles require good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor, will be constantly standing and walking, clean common areas, trash removal and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.
Job Duties:
Work Location: In person
- Clean common areas
- Remove trash to designated area
- Sweep
- Mop
- Dust
- Replenish cleaning supplies
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday: 6a-2:30pm (40 hours a week)
- Days off: Sun/Mon
Compensation:
- $16.50/per hour
