What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor full-time (Eleele - Kauai) DS position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We have full-time Janitorial / Maintenance Supervisor opening in Eleele (located in Kauai) at a retail center.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required.
Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
