Janitorial part-time (Beretania - Oahu) CC

Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Big Island. We are currently hiring for a part-time Janitorial position located on Beretania in Honolulu, HI at an office building. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, trash removal and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.

Duties:

• clean common areas (restrooms, in and outside of the facility)
• sweep, dust, mop, vacuum and wipe down areas
• trash removal/disposal
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Sunday to Saturday: 5am to 7am
• 2 hours per day 7 days a week (14 hours a week)
  
  
  

Compensation:
