What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial part-time (Downtown - Oahu) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We have a part-time Janitorial position in Downtown Oahu. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous Janitorial/Custodian experience helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull at least 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. All positions offer benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
Duties:
Clean common areas, mop, sweep, vacuum, dusting and trash disposal.
Schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday 530p - 830p
Compensation:
- $16.27/ per hour
