What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial part-time (Kailua - Oahu) AH position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
HBM Hawaii is looking for a motivated individual to join our janitorial team. The part-time Janitorial position is located in Kailua and will perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain indoor and outdoor of the retail center. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial, custodian or related experience is helpful and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to routinely bend, squat, stretch, walk, and stand throughout their shifts. Schedule: Friday and Saturday: 6am-2:30pm and Sunday: 6am-9am (19 hours a week)
Compensation: pay range $14.75 - $15.25/per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas (restrooms, in and outside of the facility)
- Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum and wipe down areas
- Restock cleaning supplies
- Trash removal/dispose to designated area
- Must have a valid driver license and a vehicle.
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous janitorial, custodian experience preferred or related experience
- Must have good public relations skills and communication
