What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Part-time (Mililani - Oahu) RM position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
HBM Hawaii is looking to hire a part-time Janitorial position located in a retail center. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial, custodian or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs (up to 100lbs), be able to walk, stand, routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean common areas, restroom cleaning, sweep, mop, dust, pick up trash and remove/dispose trash to designated areas.
- Must be able to climb roof
- Use of ladder
- Painting facility
- Patch pothole
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday: 5:30am to 2pm
Compensation:
- $16.50/per hour
