What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (Downtown - Oahu) JH position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Big Island. We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician position located in a multi-story building. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. Able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs.
Duties:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Troubleshooting abilities.
- Electrical, mechanical and basic HVAC skills.
- Create and maintain purchase orders.
- Preventative Maintenance experience.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.
- Valid Driver's license
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Compensation range:
- $21 - $25/per hour
