What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician (Nimitz - Oahu) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. We have full-time Maintenance Technician opening in Nimitz Honolulu at a commercial building. Applicants must have good customer service skills, knowledge of basic: building maintenance, electrical, lighting, plumbing and HVAC systems. Candidates will be expected to complete work orders and to have a mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers, customers, etc.
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Preventative Maintenance experience
- Strong organizational skills

- Create and maintain purchase orders
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm (40 hours a week)
Compensation: $18/per hour
