What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Desk position at Hawaiian Paradise Coffee?
Hawaiian Paradise Coffee is Regional and National coffee roaster supplying coffee to the hotel and restaurants throughout the islands and the mainland. We are looking for a rock star order desk team member that has excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, demonstrated skills in working fast and accurately using accounting software, a knack for remembering customer names and what they order and desire to grow with the company. We are located in Kapolei a few blocks behind Costco. If you have experience in accounting or using NETSUITES software it would be a plus ! We offer excellent benefits and promise to keep you caffeinated all day ! There is excellent opportunity to advance within the company as we are expanding rapidly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
