Job Summary
Seeking a full-time reservationist / customer service representative with a dynamic personality, at least a year of experience in customer service, good character, hardworking, reliable, punctual, computer literate, non-smoking, willing to work overtime, and a resident of Honolulu.
Willing to work holidays and weekend schedule. Starting $20 per hour (may increase in 6 months based on performance level) per day commissions, quota bonuses, overtime pay, health insurance Summer and Christmas bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting customers with their reservation needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering phones by providing quality, friendly, professional service to customers and affiliates.
- Properly input all reservations into the booking system.
- Endure a high volume of phone usage.
- Checking customers in, collecting, verifying payments, and verifying vouchers.
- Process reservations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Handle customers inquiry and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize phone systems and reservation search bookings and manage customer reservations.
- Collaborate with colleague to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist in upselling techniques to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.
Education Level
- A secondary school diploma is required.
Experience
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
- At least a year of experience in customer service.
- Must be computer literate with basic computer application.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation management software.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset (Japanese Language).
