Service Installation Expert
We are looking for a highly motivated Service Installation Expert to join our team at Hawaiian Telcom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fiber and copper services to meet the growing demands of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair fiber and copper services to customer premises
- Discuss service needs with customers and make recommendations as appropriate
- Instruct customers on the use of HTTV, HSI, and Telephone equipment
- Use a variety of test equipment and power tools to verify proper wiring and cabling installations
- Label, pull, and dress structured wires and cables
- Install lines for data and other forms of communications
- Terminate various types of structured wires and cables
- Record work assignment data on records and orders
