We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Expert to join our team at Hawaiian Telcom. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by installing and repairing fiber and copper services.
- Discuss service needs with customers and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Instruct customers on the use of HTTV, HSI, and Telephone equipment.
- Verify proper wiring, cabling bonding, and ground installations using test equipment and power tools.
- Ability to identify and distinguish tones/levels.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
- Indoor-outdoor work; exposed to adverse weather conditions, confined work areas, dust, noise, dirt, irate customers, etc.
- Scheduled work tours may be weekday, weekend and holiday, including day, evening and night hours.
