What are the responsibilities and job description for the College Internship position at HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union?
HawaiiUSA FCU's Summer College Interns work in various departments, such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Individually and in the cohort, you will be experiencing a mix of daily operations and project-based work. Our goal is to provide real-life experience and teach students how to make a difference for our organization’s members and our community.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has demonstrated leadership in school or another organization.
Is involved in volunteer work or extracurricular activities.
Is in a business-related degree program.
Is a collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with your department leader to complete work and tasks on time.
Actively participate in department meetings and projects.
Create and deliver end of internship presentation.
Additional job responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Be enrolled or enrolling as a student in a two-year, four-year, or post-baccalaureate degree program at an accredited college or university.
College graduates (Dec. 2024 to May. 2025) are also eligible.
Available full-time from Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to Friday, August 8, 2025.
Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Approximately 40-hour work weeks.
Compensation & Benefits:
Wage is $17.00/ hour
Paid orientation
Employees are eligible to become members of the credit union.
