Haweo is seeking a candidate with high quality presentation designer skills to join our team of Supply Chain Professionals. The ideal candidate will work within the fast-paced team environment helping to ensure that all presentations created and produced look professional, are compliant to templates, and are error free.

Due to this being a contract position working for the US government all candidates must be a U.S. citizen and pass a criminal and financial background check as well as a drug test.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 30 pounds as necessary.

Haweo is seeking a candidate with high quality presentation designer skills to join our team of Supply Chain Professionals. The ideal candidate will work within the fast-paced team environment helping to ensure that all presentations created and produced look professional, are compliant to templates, and are error free.
What will you do?
- Create, update, and support senior level presentations for NAVSUP WSS Front Office, Operations Center, and NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS) Directors
- Create visually stunning documents that promote a brand, deliver or confirm a message, explain a service or product, and add value to the presentation.
- Work with government clients to create high-quality PowerPoint presentations according to the brand standard to include understanding the project's needs, identifying the audience and purpose of the project, conceptualizing plans, adhering to any described format, and utilizing various tools to produce professional and eye-catching power point presentations.
- This includes developing professional MS PowerPoint briefs as requested by Front Office, Flag-level senior military/civilians, Navy 06-level Officers, or IWST Directors.
- Ensure quality is professional and free of spelling errors
- Ensure font and graphics are visible
- Ensure power point graphics artistry is commensurate with commercial CEO quality level
Requirements/Qualifications
- Candidate must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area for meeting with customers to review and edit PowerPoint Presentations.
- Ability to build and design new graphics based on customer requirements.
- 5 years of direct experience editing or preparing professional PowerPoint Presentations
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Competency with MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel
- Ability to obtain and keep a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must be a US citizen
- Experience in a U.S. Government environment (Navy/DoD experience preferred)
- Experience working with military and civilian personnel within the DoD
- Organized, ability to capture discussions and actions items clearly, ability to collaborate with SME’s on development of reports and presentations
- Experience in training presentation concepts to team members
