Property Service Technician
Position Overview:
Hawk, Inc., a leader in custom home building and property services in McCall, Idaho, is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Service Technician. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving residential properties, ensuring they are in excellent condition and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, technical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and walkthrough inspections of residential properties.
- Conduct property checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance, such as snow removal, landscaping, and weatherproofing.
- Respond promptly to client service requests and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Manage small renovation and repair projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors or specialized trades when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and costs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage: $34 per hour.
- Typical wage increases of $2–$4 per hour annually, based on performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
