Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager for the company, your role will be vital to ensuring smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fleet & Equipment Management
- Oversee the dispatch, maintenance, and tracking of portable restrooms, roll-off dumpsters, and fencing materials.
- Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and compliant with safety/regulatory standards.
- Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs for trucks and service vehicles.
2. Logistics & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule delivery, pickup, and servicing routes efficiently.
- Work with drivers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and services.
- Adjust daily logistics based on last-minute changes, weather, or customer requests.
3. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Manage field staff including drivers, service technicians, and yard personnel.
- Conduct training on safety procedures, proper equipment handling, and customer service.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.
4. Customer Service Support
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of service satisfaction and foster repeat business.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight
- Maintain inventory of restrooms, fencing panels, dumpsters, cleaning supplies, and other materials.
- Order supplies as needed and manage vendor relationships for equipment and consumables.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure operations comply with OSHA regulations, DOT rules, and local permitting requirements.
- Enforce safety protocols across all field operations.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance logs.
7. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitor fuel, labor, maintenance, and disposal costs to stay within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or safety.
8. Technology & Reporting
- Use routing/logistics software, GPS systems, and CRM platforms to manage daily operations.
- Prepare operational reports on performance metrics, incident logs, and customer feedback.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
