Duties
- Create, review, and maintain documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records within the document management system.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
- Utilize Adobe for document creation, sharing, and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in the implementation of document control processes to ensure compliance with INDOT specifications.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and files efficiently.

- Experience in records management systems for effective document tracking and retrieval.
- Familiarity with Build America / Buy America standards is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
