Our Large Auto Dealership is growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a positive customer experience during interactions.
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain databases.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote special offers.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize, listen attentively, and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as well as proficiency in other languages.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
