Job Title: Project Manager - Talent Management
Work Authorization: Open to GC-EAD, TN Location: Hybrid - Vienna, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management Support
- Coordinate and support a seven-person team, divided into Performance Management and Talent Management Practices sub-teams.
- Facilitate individual work planning in Azure Development Ops (ADO), ensuring alignment with Integrated Talent Strategy (ITS) project structures and division expectations.
- Conduct sprint ceremonies, including weekly stand-ups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
- Update and utilize team dashboards to track key metrics and share insights with managers and team leads.
- Define processes and timelines for Quarterly Business Reviews preparation.
- Provide project planning mentorship to team members and suggest improvements to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with the Systems & Alignment team on vendor-related requirements.
Integrated Talent Strategy (ITS) Project Teams Support
- Manage all aspects of project management for ITS project teams, including planning, milestones, and deliverables.
- Guide project teams consisting of direct reports, advisors, and members across HR departments.
- Oversee project progress in ADO to ensure compliance with ITS project management requirements.
- Identify and address project risks and constraints to meet objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project management activities within the ITS teams.
- Provide regular project updates through various mediums, including ADO, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Actively participate in ITS Project Manager and Extended Leadership team meetings, contributing to best practices and managing action items.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, create agendas, manage capacity, and maintain notes.
- Ensure all final project documentation is organized and stored on SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, especially in talent or performance management contexts.
- Proficiency in Azure Development Ops (ADO) for project planning and tracking.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and leadership presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies is highly desirable
