- Identify customers needs and recommend the appropriate products
- Escalate any issues to Quality Assurance while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure a customer first mentality
- Participation in ongoing customer service training and support
- Build relationships with customers to ensure longevity
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients products and promotions
- Consistently surpass expected quarterly KPI
